Meet Zac

Zac Bacon is best known for his calm demeanor, his caring, committed service, and his dedication to creating a remarkable experience for his clients since 2003. As the founder of Quantum Real Estate, he leads his team by engendering an environment of trust and professionalism that puts his clients at ease as they meet their real estate goals. One way he does this is to anticipate possible outcomes and challenges that may arise during each transaction. He then designs a plan for success based on the client’s timeline and real estate objectives.

Zac's first job in the industry was working for a general contractor, and his background in construction helps him teach sellers how to obtain the highest return on their investment. Zac has also worked on the mortgage side of the industry for six years, which gave him a financial advisor's view and trained him to notice important information that other agents miss. Zac’s mostly referral and repeat clients appreciate his obsessive attention to detail. He has also helped many clients plan and complete remodel projects in order to sell for top dollar, a shining example of the level of care Zac offers his clients.

Zac specializes in the Roseville and Granite Bay areas and is deeply committed to making a difference in the community. He volunteers with local nonprofits, including Junior Achievement, an organization designed to fill the gaps in traditional education by teaching young people financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workplace readiness. When he’s not working hard to help people achieve their real estate and life aspirations, he enjoys being with his family and friends, hiking, traveling, and racing motorcycles.
