You may or may not have realized that for years I’ve quietly donated my time to the Junior Achievement of Sacramento.
So when I started my brokerage, Quantum Real Estate, I always wanted to make giving back to my local community such a big part of our company culture.
This year, I’m drastically increasing the level of giving.

We all know that waiting on the government to spark change is hopeless. REAL change that impacts the lives of those in our local community starts with us.
It’s time we all grow deep roots in supporting our local community!…
Which is why we’re stoked to announce our “Quantum Giving” Program. For the entire year of 2021, our brokerage is donating a part of our revenue from every referral, and closed transaction, to trustworthy non-profits who actually pour into our local community.

Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed. The inspiration comes from community volunteers who not only deliver our lessons, but share their experience. In the process, these volunteers serve as role models helping to positively impact young people’s perceptions about the importance of education, as well as critical life skills. Preparation involves our proven lessons that promote financial capability, work and career readiness, and business ownership.
“Koinonia” (Koy-no-nee’-ah) Is a greek word which means “fellowship”
It carries with it the meaning of a committed, trustworthy and dependable relationship. It is this “koinonia” relationship that has made the difference in the lives of thousands of foster children.
This organization exists to bring hope and healing to children, youth and families through meaningful relationships and quality programs and services.
The mission of CASA is to be the bridge between the most vulnerable in our community and volunteers who make a difference. Their volunteers help foster youth, at-risk youth, and parents build resiliency, self-confidence, and self-sufficiency. They work together to attain academic goals, avoid the juvenile justice system, improve life skills, and identify support systems.
